This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which orders placed on Glow Mart may be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
1.1 Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched or handed over to the delivery partner. Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
1.2 Refund for Cancelled Orders: If the order is cancelled within the permitted window, the paid amount (excluding any non-refundable charges, if applicable) will be refunded as per the refund process outlined below.
