Glow Mart currently provides local delivery services only within Pin Code 743348 (Karanjali and nearby areas).
Service areas may expand in the future but will remain limited to locations within India.
A separate delivery charge may be applied to orders depending on the product type, distance, or promotional offers.
All applicable delivery charges are clearly displayed at the checkout page before order confirmation.
From time to time, free delivery may be offered on selected products or during promotional campaigns, subject to specific terms.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, festivals, local restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable or the provided contact number is unreachable, our delivery partner will try to contact the customer again. If the customer remains unreachable, the order may be cancelled, and return/refund policies will apply.
Currently, Glow Mart does not provide automated order tracking.

Resolution will be handled in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
