Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Glow Mart mobile application or website (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

1.1 Business Ownership: Glow Mart is owned and operated by a partnership business consisting of Priyom Gayen and Rabisankar Kalsa. The business is in the process of obtaining necessary registrations and licenses as required under applicable Indian laws.

1.3 Service Area: Currently, services are limited to the local delivery area within Pin Code 743348 (Karanjali and nearby locations). The service area may expand in the future but will remain within India.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

2.1 Account Requirement: Certain features of the Platform, including placing orders, require users to log in.

2.2 Age Requirement: Users must meet the minimum legal age required to use e-commerce services under Indian law. If you are under the required age, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2.3 Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.

3. Pricing, Charges, and Payments

3.1 Pricing Structure: The total order value may include:

3.2 Payment Methods: Payments can be made using online payment methods via Cashfree or Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

3.3 Online Payments: Online payments are securely processed by Cashfree. By using online payment options, you agree to Cashfree’s applicable terms and policies.

3.4 Transaction Issues: Glow Mart is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or internet connectivity. Refunds for failed transactions are processed as per Cashfree and bank policies.

4. Orders, Cancellation, Returns, and Exchange

4.1 Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched to the delivery partner. Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

4.2 Returns: Eligible products may be returned within 24 hours of delivery, subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4.3 Exchange Policy: Product exchange is allowed for eligible items, subject to product availability and inspection. Exchange requests must comply with the applicable return conditions.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines provided on the Platform are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, local restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

Glow Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, delays in delivery, or issues caused by third-party service providers.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on third-party services such as payment gateways, sellers, or logistics partners. Glow Mart is not responsible for the actions or policies of such third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

Glow Mart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal.
